The coaching staff at the Pirates is comprised entirely of volunteers and in order to support the team and continue to develop as an organisation, we always welcome new coaches.

The Pirates will fund all new coaches through their British American Football Coaches Association (BAFCA) Level 1 certification and support them in attending the annual BAFCA convention.
